Return Policy

You may return all unopened items purchased at www.tcr-online.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and after a period of 90 days from the date of shipping.

Please email us @ tcr@micropor.com to request an RMA#.  Be sure to include your reason for return, product SKU, and quantity returning.  Upon approval, we will email you back an RMA# as soon as possible (usually within 1-3 business days).

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
