Easy to use: First, make sure the side with lighter color is facing toward your face. Second, pull the two padded elastic earloops to the back of your ears. Third, press the mask along each side of the nose. ALLERGY: If symptoms such as itching, watery eyes, facial swelling, running nose, hives, nausea, dizziness, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, sudden drop in blood pressure, breathing difficulty, rapid heart rate, or anaphylactic shock occur, discontinue use of this product and immediately consult a physician.
